As you are all aware, the Covid-19 crisis has impacted millions of people and businesses across the country.  It has affected us all in one way or another.  Please know that we are all in this together and together we will get through it.

One of the most affected areas during this crisis relates to our businesses.  Our ability to generate own-source revenue at a level that we began to rely on has suffered.  Due to lost revenue, Chief and Council had to make some very difficult decisions with respect to our operations.

As a result, BON will not distribute Revenue Sharing dollars this year.  Our hope is that things will turn around very soon and that next year our revenue sharing distribution can be re-evaluated.

The Chief & Council are happy to announce that Community Hampers, Children Gift Giving, and Elders gift cards (with delivered meals to elders 55 plus) will still be organized for on-reserve members.  Please watch for postings.

With the holiday season fast approaching, our number one priority is the health and safety of all our members.  Please stay safe everyone!

Respectfully, Chief and Council
